1. About Dale Cuts
Dale Cuts is an online scheduling platform that connects clients with independent barbers. Dale Cuts does not employ barbers and is not responsible for the quality, outcome, or safety of any barbering services.
2. For Clients
By booking through Dale Cuts you agree that:
- You are booking directly with an independent barber, not with Dale Cuts.
- Dale Cuts is not responsible for no-shows, cancellations, or disputes between you and your barber.
- Deposit policies are set by each barber and are non-refundable unless otherwise stated by the barber.
- You provide accurate contact information for appointment reminders.
3. For Barbers
By creating an account you agree that:
- You are an independent contractor, not an employee of Dale Cuts.
- You are solely responsible for the services you provide and any disputes with clients.
- You are responsible for your own licensing, insurance, and compliance with local laws.
- Dale Cuts may suspend or terminate your account for violations of these terms.
- Subscription fees are billed monthly or annually and are non-refundable.
4. Payments
Dale Cuts charges barbers a subscription fee to use the platform. Client payments for haircuts are made directly between clients and barbers via Venmo, Zelle, Cash App, or cash. Dale Cuts does not process or hold client payments for barbering services.
5. Limitation of Liability
Dale Cuts is not liable for any damages arising from your use of the platform, including but not limited to disputes between clients and barbers, missed appointments, or unsatisfactory services. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the last 30 days.
6. Changes
We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of Dale Cuts after changes means you accept the new terms.
